What actually moves the price
Two things: how much surface there is, and how hard it is to stand in front of. A single-storey driveway is a fast, flat job at the bottom of the $0.10–$0.50 band. Second and third-storey siding needs ladders or extension gear, moves slowly, and sits at the top of it.[1]
